Items must be sent by certified mail or by any other means that shows the exact date, and in any case shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.<br>\nThe Company will refund the invoiced price of the returned items by crediting the price paid for the items, less the amount corresponding to the transport, to the Customer&#8217;s credit card account within thirty (30) days of receipt of the articles. If the Customer prefers, the Company can give him a voucher equivalent to the sum of the order. If so, no refund will be made for the invoiced price of the returned items. If Nova Joieria Radresa incurs customs charges for the return of the product, the Company will subtract the amount paid in terms of customs duties from the sum that must be returned to the Customer. The Customer will bear the direct costs of the return, as well as any damage caused by the return. The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered.<br>\nIn no case is the Customer granted the right of withdrawal of used products or without packaging.
